Once Was Lost [giveaway]

OK, today's giveaway is something I am so excited about. You've probably read about my love for a charity store called Once Was Lost. I've blogged about it in the past. Basically, my bloggy buddy Chantel set it up to help fund her adoption and help other Canadian families who are raising funds too. There are awesome things in the store, and the money goes to those families as they fund the HUGE but SO worthy expense of International adoption.

Best yet, Chantel and her husband just completed their fundraising! So happy for them!
Now all the funds go to affiliate families, like my friends Varun and Amelia. Another element of charity was just introduced to Once Was Lost that I want to make you all aware of. For every $25 spent in the shop, in addition to helping give an orphan a forever home, people will also be feeding a hungry child for a week.! If they spend $50 they feed two children for a week, etc. Basically, GET OVER THERE AND BUY SOME STUFF.

 I had an anonymous donor write me and ask if she could donate $30 to Once Was Lost by way of a giveaway on my blog. How great is that? Instead of just donating the money to the organization, she wanted to bring as much attention to the cause as possible, so the giveaway idea was born. I'm giddy to be a part of it! Thank you, Anonymous donor :)
